Personal Trainer, Inc. (hereafter “PT”) is a mid-western fitness enterprise, currently operating 12 small regional facilities and attempting to open a new, larger facility — an ambitious effort to expand their brand, conceiving an unparalleled fitness emporium and state-of-the-art gymnasium.
In an effort to foster optimal efficiency, PT’s ultramodern facility requires a new enterprise resource planning system (“ERPS”). Tasked to ensure its success, our team partnered with a consulting firm on PT’s behalf.
Accordingly, the resultant content catalog starts with a Business Profile — an analysis of the organization itself, illustrating the impending challenges that must be mitigated prior to the highly anticipated grand opening.

In the subsequent sections, the collective efforts of our WordPress evidences an achievable implementation — strongly suggesting that it is not only possible, but could also be successful, resulting in a framework that allows expansion in both the short- and long-term.
