From our business profile and the background information given by Gray Lewis, we were able to list the core business functions and processes. This gives a layout on how to design the system and requirements that will be needed to satisfy the user and the customer. With the core business functions and process, we have displayed a fish-bone diagram to identify constraints with the functions and processes. This will help us prevent any cases that might rise when we begin constructing the new facility.
