System Recommendations

With the new facility, there will needed to be a new system to run the facility and manage the customers and employees. Personal Trainer Inc. Currently operates on Bumblebee which is not a sufficient system to handle the new functions and processes and business goals.
Implementing a new ERP system into a business can be costly, time consuming, and at times frustrating. In the case of Personal Trainer, implementing a new system to replace their legacy system BumbleBee will be beneficial for the company in the long run. For a business to integrate their business functions into an integrated system will allow more transparency throughout the company.
Their system should include:
1.) Accounting Module
2.) Customer Relationship Management Module
3.) Human Resources Module
4.) Vendor Management Module
This will cover all their business function needs and allow for management to focus on areas for improvement by analyzing the data across the firm. The initial cost of the system will be expensive but the ERP system pay for itself in the long run.

• An integrated gym management software can reduce payroll cost by coordinating scheduling with trainers and sales staff with the HR module.

• The cost of financial reporting will be reduced by being able to consolidate all of the financial statements under one accounting system.

• Operation cost will reduce by allowing the vendor management module to decide when the reorder point should be on gym amenities and supplies and at the same time speed the ordering process up by communicating with vendors.

• The customer relationship management module will increase the gyms sales by allowing the sales staff to track and gather information about new leads, and retain members coming into the gym by tracking their check-ins and following up with customer satisfaction surveys.

• Overall, it is a good business decision to implement a system that integrates business functions together in order to increase sales, transparency, and decrease day-to-day cost.
