Fact-Finding Techniques

In order to better analyze PT's current model, Susan and Gray need to engage in various fact finding methodologies. Specifically, PT's organizational charts should be reviewed so that a better structure can be fostered.

Also, a survey to PT's users would glean input and knowledge about their customer base. The most important fact-finding tool at their disposal is the ability to interview current employees.

Questions of Feasibility
In order to ensure feasibility, Susan must check with Gray and make sure he is aware of future changes and their effects.

Some questions Susan should ask in this regard are:
1.) Will we be able to hire and train employees to work at this new super center?

2.) What legal issues do we need to consider to open a business in Canada?

3.) Will we be able to stretch our resources this far?

4.) Do we have employees willing to travel to the new location?

5.) How much will this cost (new facility, hardware, gym equipment, etc.)?

6.) Have you considered intangible costs?

7.) When do we want to open this new gym?

8.) When do we need to accomplish certain tasks along the way to make sure we stay on track?
