After analyzing Personal Trainer’s business goals, we decided that Personal Trainer Inc. needed a ERP system that is user friendly and has a mobile platform. We selected three vendors that had a mobile platform for customers and a user friendly ERP system for employees.  We performed an unweighted and weighted evaluation for three software vendors that concentrate in gym management systems. The evaluation was based off their reviews, the content that they deliver, and an estimated time it would take to implement a particular system. EZfacility is leading the analysis, their particular software had multiple reputable reviews by well known fitness facilities.  Their software package included a mobile interface and an integrated ERP system that fitted Personal Trainer inc’s. needs.
